Devoted 30 is a progressive workout program. The weekly workouts get progressively more challenging to help you push yourself and gain strength. As you work your way through each Tier, the set times increase and the recovery periods decrease, giving you progressively more challenging workouts.
Completing Tiers 1-3 will give you 36 weeks of structured workouts.
