The Lite program consists of 3 Tiers.  The program is designed to be gentle on the joints while still pushing your body for maximum results.   Each Tier gets progressively more challenging to help you push yourself and gain strength.  As you work your way through each Tier, the set times increase and the recovery periods decrease, giving you progressively more challenging workouts.

 

Completing Devoted 30 Lite, Tiers 1-3, will give you 36 weeks of structured workouts.
