WHAT IS DEVOTED 30?
Devoted 30 is a timer based fitness program designed to be flexible to fit your busy schedule. All it requires is 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 12 weeks. Since this is a timer based workout, you don’t need to keep track of reps, or pay attention to what set you’re on. Devoted 30 combines cardio, plyometrics, body weight resistance exercises, yoga, and pilates to create workouts that are challenging but paced to meet your needs. Working with the Devoted 30 Fitness App allows you to push yourself to the max every set.

Devoted 30 can be done in the comfort of your living room, your backyard, or anywhere else your busy schedule takes you. It was created by a working mom, for the working people in mind.
